We cover any manufacture defects due to faulty craftmanship or materials, including but not limited to, thinning, pilling or stitching defects. If you are unsure if you are covered, please send photos and a description of your defect to our Customer Support team for an assessment. We reserve the rights to refuse coverage on any damage beyond our control.

This warranty excludes damage or defects caused by or arising from any damage from improper use, misuse, or neglect including:

• Any damage from normal wear and tear as a result of its intended use.
• Any damage resulting from improper care and washing
• Any damage due to improper storage and handling
• Any physical abuse or damage, including but not limited to, burns, cuts, tears, liquid damage, or stains; provided, that the defect is caused by such abuse or damage.
• Any damage which results from unavoidable natural disaster, fire, flood, earthquake, collision, theft, etc.
• Any damage caused by commercial use, such as in a hotel or store.
• Any other corresponding to the common category of exclusions
